Bench Scale Treatment Studies (BSTS) help us identify appropriate chemistry, formulation, dosages and pricing options. BSTS allow development of site specific blends for Free Flow clients resulting in increased efficiency and cost reduction.
Free Flow’s bench scale treatment studies provide the following:
- evaluation of untreated samples
- identification of appropriate treatment chemistry
- testing series using varying treatment dosages
- comprehensive analysis report

Support includes: logistics control, storage/handling procedures, application direction and sampling & analysis direction.
Free Flow 100-FS
The FS reagent is an effective alternative to a phosphate blend reagent and will provide the same results with no risk of elevated phosphate levels in the stabilized waste material.
Our FF-100-FS is a proprietary blend of stabilizing reagents that fixate heavy metals in waste across of a wide range of waste pH values using a combination of sulfate, ferrous buffering salts and stabilized hydroxides.
