Bench Scale Treatment Studies (BSTS) help us identify appropriate chemistry, formulation, dosages and pricing options. BSTS allow development of site specific blends for Free Flow clients resulting in increased efficiency and cost reduction.
Free Flow’s bench scale treatment studies provide the following:
- evaluation of untreated samples
- identification of appropriate treatment chemistry
- testing series using varying treatment dosages
- comprehensive analysis report
Technical Support
On-site guidance for technical applications and cost effective use of Free Flow products.
Our experienced staff works directly with you or your representative to ensure each step of the process involving our products are focused on project success.
Support includes: logistics control, storage/handling procedures, application direction and sampling & analysis direction.
Custom Blends
Our Machesney Park (IL) facility is capable of producing special blends at the rate of 25 tons/hr. We have additional silos to be specifically utilized in producing and storing custom blends.
Case Example
A foundry client requested the addition of sodium bicarbonate for acid control in their baghouse. Our automated plant can adjust for such special requests and provide custom blends to fit our customers' requirements.
