Dec News

The project has been in litigation for almost a decade and a strict legal deadline of January 1, 2009 was agreed to in July 2008.

The project consisted of conducting topographic surveys, preparation of engineering plans and specifications, preparation and administration of bidding documents and contracts, and construction oversight/documentation.

Construction began on December 1, 2008 and despite the extreme weather conditions Free Flow was able to work with the contractor to complete site activities, including water removal fly ash soils stabilization, and placement of the clay cap by December 25, 2008.
